  1. Notice it says “avoid alcohol” …and just like anything else, too much of something is not always a good thing. And I mean, come on, Sam and I are in our late 20’s, we like to go to a bar to watch football or hang out with friends and have some drinks… and that is ok! We have noticed, that the longer we are living the Paleo lifestyle, the lower our tolerance. Which is ok, we are cheap dates now! It is so important to listen to your body and don’t over do it.

    Some of our “go-to” drinks…

    Wine. (I will even fill a glass half way with the wine and fill it another 1/4 way with La Croix sparkling water… yum)
    Vodka, water, lime.
    Tequila. There are a ton of good recipes for freshly squeezed margaritas, with little to no sugar.
    Whiskey, club soda, lime.

    Again, don’t over do it. Listen to your body.
    Hangovers SUCK.
    Sip on water while you are drinking alcohol to help keep hydrated.
